Il profumo non era conforme alla descrizione. Doveva essere un regalo ma una volta arrivato non sembrava un prodotto NUOVO. Ho deciso di restituirlo, ma ho ricevuto solo un rimborso del 70%, senza spiegazioni chiare, o meglio hanno detto che il profumo è arrivato a loro aperto, ma io ho fatto il reso proprio per quel motivo altrimenti lo avrei tenuto e regalato. Mi aspettavo maggiore correttezza, soprattutto per un prodotto così personale, delicato e soprattuto caro! Non consiglio l’acquisto da questo rivenditore!!
