We usually dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Yes, all fragrances sold at Odoraire are 100% authentic. We work only with trusted distributors and suppliers, and every item is delivered in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within the return period stated on our policy page. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will help you solve the issue.

We recommend starting with notes you already enjoy and checking the fragrance families listed in each product description. You can also use filters by notes, season or occasion, and read reviews from other customers. If you still hesitate, contact us and we will suggest options based on your preferences.

We accept major bank cards and secure online payments (such as credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout). All payments are processed via encrypted gateways, so your data stays protected.

Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your address. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will check the options manually.

Please take clear photos of the parcel and the damaged item, and contact us within a few days of delivery. Our support team will review the case and offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we will do our best to help. Once the parcel is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
