Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

We want you to enjoy your experience with Odoraire.
Because we sell fragrance and cosmetic products, our return and refund rules are designed to protect product safety and hygiene while still giving you a fair returns window.

2. 30‑day returns for unopened products

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days from the delivery date only if they are completely unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • the product must be unused, unopened and in resellable condition;
  • all original packaging, cellophane wrap, labels and accessories must be intact;
  • you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We cannot accept returns if:

  • the perfume box or seal has been opened or broken;
  • the bottle has been sprayed, tested or used;
  • the product or packaging is damaged due to handling after delivery (other than carrier damage reported immediately).

3. Non‑returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, except where they are defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • opened or used fragrances;
  • testers, samples, decants or discovery sets;
  • any products marked “Final sale” or “Non‑returnable” on the product page.

Change of mind or personal dislike of the scent is not a valid reason for return once the product has been opened.

4. Defective or wrong items

We will replace or refund an order if:

  • you receive the wrong product compared to your order confirmation;
  • the product arrives damaged or leaking;
  • the atomizer/sprayer is broken;
  • there is a clear manufacturing defect not related to personal preference.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective or wrong item, you must:

  1. Contact us at support@odoraire.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping box.
  3. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved; we may ask you to return or safely dispose of the item.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

  • a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • a refund to your original payment method.

5. Returns process and shipping

To start a return for unopened products within 30 days:

  1. Email support@odoraire.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

For approved defective / wrong‑item returns, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are generally non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

7. Order issues and delivery problems

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives visibly damaged, please contact the carrier first and then email us at support@odoraire.com with your order details and any documentation (photos, delivery note, carrier case number).
We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee refunds for issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout or for carrier errors outside our control.
